Role Summary:
The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the overall patients' nutritional plans, overseeing the preparation and serving of regular meals and therapeutic diets, while assuring the smooth operation with other nursing departments. He/she conducts patient education on medical nutrition therapy.
Requirements:
- BS in Nutrition/Dietetics.
- A minimum of 3-years similar work experience in a hospital, preferable a university medical center.
- Excellent knowledge of dietetic principles, food sanitation and food services preparation, HACCP, ISO & Accreditation standards.
